Brooklyn House is a beautiful family B&B / Guest house in Southgate, North London. We are situated opposite a lovely park. We have seven beautiful bedrooms that have all been refurbished to a very high standard. All are very comfortable and cosy with top quality luxury bedding and pocket sprung beds. All rooms have flat screen TV, alarms and Free High speed Wi-Fi. Daily House Keeping is Provided. Free tea, coffee and various hot and cold drinks are included in your stay. We have very safe and free parking directly outside our home.

"Greeted with a Cup of tea on arrival, Andy was a lovely host. Everything super clean and the bed and bedding exceptionally comfortable - loved the very cleverly concealed ensuite. We have recommended this to some people who have visitors travelling down as a delightful alternative to the cold and corporate rooms offered by Hotels, They do not offer breakfast but the high street with so many options is literally just round the corner. We would most certainly choose to stay here again"

"Lovely location not far from either tube stations into London. The owners were very very friendly and really helpful as we needed help with getting to and from a concert- they couldn't have been more accommodating. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spotless along with the bathroom! We only stayed for a night but it was nice to be able to park just outside of the property and felt safe parking my car there. Thank you for a lovely stay in your B&B!"
